| "The formal living room was one of the few areas left in this large home still needing a renovation. Although these international clients spend very little time living in this particular house, they still wanted a well appointed but comfortable space to relax and entertain in. They had acquired some Asian antiques and paintings they requested be included into this new, contemporary space. Several of the pieces were not appropriate as they existed, or were in need of repair so LP Design decided to re-invent them in a more sleek esthetic, by incorporating them into custom furniture and millwork, designed by LP Design. Cove and recessed lighting was all re-done and programmed into one lighting keypad. Custom sofas and tables, silk fabrics from Donghia and Lucien Rollin chairs completed this elegant room." |
