"This client is a single young man who chose this small modern condominium because of it's young vibrant neighbourhood, it's proximity to downtown amenities and for it's potential to increase rapidly in re-sale value. With this in mind LP Design replaced and upgraded the developer's finishes to make a more dynamic statement. The changes included deeper wall colours, new lighting, new urban fireplace design and cladding, dark stained woven wood window shades, and a back painted glass kitchen wall.
Standard closets were removed and replaced with European full height white glass sliding doors to take advantage of maximum storage space. Efficient closet storage systems were also installed. In the guest bedroom the closet was removed and a combination desk, TV area and small guest closet with storage was custom designed in millwork by LP Design.
The kitchen was outfitted with new cuttlery and crockery and the purchase of modern furniture for all rooms completed this live/work space." |
